The Corrective and Preventive Action Course is designed to provide you with a thorough understanding of the differences between “Corrective Action” and “Preventive Action.“ The course will teach you how to properly document a Corrective/Preventive Action Request (C/PAR), completely answer a C/PAR, and correctly close out a C/PAR.

Using a case study with simulated non-conformances, you will identify the problem, determine the root cause of the problem, and develop a corrective action plan.
