QS 9000 Corrective and Preventive Action

The QS 9000 Corrective and Preventive Action Course is designed to provide participants with a thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2000 clauses 8.5.2 and 8.5.3 (Corrective action and Preventive action) as it relates to QS 9000.

The corrective and preventive action course will use a case study with simulated non-conformances. Each participant will identify the problem, detect the root cause of the problem and develop a corrective action plan.
