QMX Application - Education Management, Ver. 2

What is QMX?

QMX is an integrated suite of highly-functional, workflow-enabled applications based on Lotus Notes technology that automates virtually all of your quality system processes.

How is each class taught?

Each class is a hands-on, learn-by-doing, experience. Students work at a workstation using a comprehensive instruction manual and detailed instructions from our expert instructor. Students learn the specific workflow details for the particular QMX application being taught: documents are created, routed for processing, and responses are recorded, where appropriate. In addition, each participant learns how to determine the status of documents, monitor the progress of documents through the workflow, and identify potential bottlenecks.

Who should attend?

This course is designed for anyone needing to learn the QMX Education Management Ver. 2 application. Students must already be trained or experienced in Lotus Notes basics (a pre-requisite for all courses).
