Migration to ISO 9001:2008

The Migration to ISO 9001:2008 Course provides you with an in-depth understanding of the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard, the "new" monitoring and measurement requirements, and the timeline to smoothly move from the 2000 to the 2008 standard.

This course will supply you with an element-by-element analysis and interpretation of the changes/additions in the year 2008 standard as compared to the 2000 version of ISO 9001.

The class is designed to solicit feedback from the attendees on the best methods of implemeting the new and
revised elements.

At the end of the class, a milestone plan is prepared to assist in the transition.

Who should attend?

This course is designed for everyone planning a transition from the 2000 to the 2008 version of ISO 9001.

Attendees should be the company's (ISO) management representative and members of the executive staff.

(The course assumes that the attendees already know the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard, but prior knowledge of the previous version is not mandatory.)
