ISO 9001:2008 Corrective & Preventive Action

The ISO 9001:2008 Corrective and Preventive Action Course provides you with a thorough understanding of
ISO 9001:2008 clause 8.5.2 "Corrective action" and 8.5.3 "Preventive action." The course will teach you how
to properly document a Corrective (CAR) or Preventive (PAR) Action Request, answer a CAR/PAR, and close
out a CAR/PAR.

Using a case study with simulated non-conformances, you will identify the problem, detect the root cause
of the problem, and develop a corrective action plan.

who will be involved in, the corrective and preventive action process in an organization.
