Phase One

• Two Day ISO 9000 Implementation Training Class
• Quality Manual Completed
• Procedures and Related Documentation Completed
• Selection of 3rd Party Registrar
• Deployment of Documentation and Employee Training
• First Internal Audit Completed (on-the-job training)

Phase Two

• Generate Records
• Implement Corrective Action as necessary
• Second Internal Audit Completed (on-the-job training)
• Conduct Management Review

Phase Three

• Registration Assessment, by a 3rd Party Registar
• Implement Corrective Action as necessary
• Receive Registration Certificate from Registrar

Phase Four

• On-going Monthly Reviews of Your Quality System by BQPM

The cost of is specially designed for businesses with limited resources. For a company of 12 employees or fewer, we can begin immediately for a small down payment. Registration costs by 3rd party auditor (registrar) is not included. Programs are also available for companies with more than 12 employees; call for details.
