Answer:
A company wanting to achieve certification would benefit from having their core team take the 2 day Implementation Class and they would need some of their Internal Assessors trained in the 3 day Assessor Class. There are four(4) classes currently offered, a 1/2 day Executive Overview, 1 day Manager Awareness, 2 day Implementation and 3 day Internal/Lead Assessor.
